Ghl Hotel Club El Puente - Girardot

I loved the beautiful trails, but the room was infested with roaches.

The room was fine and comfy, with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was enjoyable with lots of meals to choose from. All the staff were nice. Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant, the outskirts of Girardot, and a tennis court: D

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Uninviting food quality with dry fruit and badly cooked eggs. 90-Minute wait for lunch. Mosquito presence was a nuisance. Dark and dingy room needing repair. Parking situation inadequate. Overbooked space led to overcrowding and noise.

The room was decent and clean which I appreciated. It wasn't overly spacious, and the noise from the nearby parties was pretty distracting-definitely took away from the comfort. The temperature control was good, and the TV setup was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. It did the job for our stay, but it could use some improvements to make it better.

The main pool was perfect for swimming laps and deeply refreshing after a hot day. We loved our cozy room, complete with a little outdoor table for games.

an outdoor gym would have been great.
